No More Excuses..

I guess it's time to stand up,
Go with a flow...
Mutilate, distress, helpless;
Only there is no support this time around.

Unable to see the future,
And too frightened to look into my past,
I live in the present.
Because it's my time, not yours.

I have Experience some pain can't be released through tears,
It never really goes away; you just elevate
& get used to it by growing stronger.

Time heals all wounds and it's time to move forward.
Everything happens for a reason and we are here, no more crying,

And I will do this.
No more Regrets and excuses.
